Tony has sent in a beautifully confident pour from Brisbane South. The milk has settled into a smooth, glossy surface and the free-poured design has lovely movement, clean contrast and the sort of character that only comes from a steady hand. His latte-art skills are clearly well beyond the accidental-blob stage. We’re giving this one a very solid 4.5 out of 5—the missing half point is mostly there to keep Tony hungry for the rematch. At this rate, the Sage Touch Pro may start asking for a share of the credit, but this one belongs to Tony. Thanks for the brilliant contribution.
