Sage Bambino with Sage Dose Control grinder

Dave has produced a seriously polished cup from a Sage Bambino and Sage Dose Control grinder. The microfoam looks silky, the rosetta has crisp definition and the rich caramel surface makes the white pattern pop beautifully. We’re giving it 4.8 out of 5—and, honestly, we’re not entirely sure where the missing 0.2 went. We may have kept it back purely to give Dave an excuse to send another one. Brilliant effort, Dave, and thank you for sharing your Scarborough morning coffee with us.
