Barry has sent us a beautifully calm morning coffee: silky milk, soft caramel lines and a handmade cup that looks completely at home in the Mona Vale light. It is the sort of relaxed, quietly confident pour that makes you want to pull up a chair before the coffee cools. A lovely result from the Breville Barista Touch, and an equally lovely photograph.
